2) Question – I am really fed up with my 9 to 5 job. I want to be a musician. I have burden of my family so i am unable to leave my job. i am feeling like to quit. What should i do?

Answer – First thing you need to do is, you need to shift your focus of your goal and feel relax. You are fed up because you don’t like working in office but fist give blessing to that job. Because your job is giving you the money to help your family so be grateful for that first. Now Give maximum time to achieve your goal. You need to manage at least 4 to 5 hours per day to work on your goal. wake to early and start working om it. Successful people one thing is common, they wake up early and manage their day schedule. You need to be patient enough because it will take some time you don’t get things quickly. You will get if you work really hard towards your goal. So stop thinking like you are not liking your job anymore just shift your focus and work towards it.

Question – I am a beginner at meditation. I often find it difficult to stay focused during the sessions because my mind constantly wanders to different thoughts, such as to-do list or concerns about the day. I want to know how I can improve focus and stay in the present moment while meditating.

1) Answer – The challenge is common for beginners, as meditation involves training the mind to focus, which can take time and patience. Here are a few techniques you can try to improve your focus:
1. Focus on the Breath: You can begin by focusing on your breath as a simple anchor. Paying attention to the inhale and exhale gives the mind something tangible to focus on.
2. Body Scan: A body scan meditation might help you tune into physical sensations, which can ground you in the present. Starting from the top of your head and moving down to your toes, you can pay attention to each body part, noticing any tension or relaxation.
3. Shorter Sessions with Consistency: Starting with shorter sessions, like 5–10 minutes, can be more manageable. Consistent practice over time, even if short, can help your mind gradually become more comfortable with focus.
4. Guided Meditations: Since you are a beginner, using guided meditation apps or audio can be helpful. A teacher or guide can offer gentle reminders to stay present and return to the focus point.
By practicing these techniques consistently, you can develop greater concentration over time, and distractions will become easier to manage during your meditation sessions.
